- White Glove Detailing Service – The Pilates Fixer specializes in cleaning and detailing of your Pilates equipment on-site. Minor repairs and calibration are done during the service. Any parts that need replacement are identified. A follow-up visit can be arranged for installation of parts as required. This service includes Safety Check & Wheel Service:
- Safety Check – Tighten and inspect all clips, links, eye hooks, wheels, springs, hooks, screws, nuts and bolts.
- Reformer Wheel Services – Inspect and service Reformer wheels. This service is performed for Balanced Body and select other manufacturer Reformers.
- White Glove Detailing Maintenance – After a full detailing of your equipment, The Pilates Fixer can provide a routine scheduled Detailing Service, providing you with equipment peace of mind for a low monthly cost. This monthly subscription can simplify your studio expense planning while ensuring that your equipment is always clean and fully operational. Choose from a monthly or quarterly Service visit based on your studio traffic and typical wear-and-tear from users.
- New Equipment Set Up – The Pilates Fixer will unbox, unwrap, and install all new Pilates apparatus delivered to your site. This includes all Pilates and CoreAlign equipment including Reformers, Chairs, Cadillac/Tower/Wall Units, and CoreAligns.
- Tower Only Install – Some Pilates apparatus like the Tower requires additional planning to ensure it is installed correctly and safely. Send us the specifications of your space and equipment we will handle the precision of your Tower/Cadillac/Trap Table/Wall-Tower install.
- Consultation & Planning – Patricia and Robert work together to guide you through planning for a full studio or home studio, from space layout and equipment selection through to setup.
- Appraisals – Let us appraise your apparatus with a full report that includes details and comparison to other similar apparatus on the market. If you are planning to sell equipment, we may be able to assist via our vast network of Pilates studios and instructors across the country.
- Virtual Service – Schedule a virtual service with us! We can walk you through any service needed for Pilates apparatus from the ease of your computer screen. This is perfect for studios outside the typical service area, or for someone who needs a little extra assistance with making their equipment work as normal. *Computer Screen or Tablet with WiFi signal and working camera required.
